Richard D Hall - interesting talk about animal and human mutilation cases:

Some of this is new to me.

Not the same, no. The one I posted was of Rich Hall giving a talk about the subject.

Hmm, it must be on his site somewhere. I am sure I have seen that.

"One or two technical problems, namely the fact that one of the cameras was not working . .l . "

    Ain't it always the way!

Meanwhile, isn't any potentially-interesting witness evidence going to be trashed by pathetic and amateur attempts to emulate big-news-show style?

I found another copy of the Richard D. Hall lecture:

Let's hope that one doesn't get taken down too.

Have never given this subject a moment's consideration before, but there would seem to be a prima facie case for there being a unified phenomenon with recurring features that requires explanation.

    I think that's possible.
The characteristics are the same all over the world.

Interesting video. Plenty of details I didn't know. I had no idea it's been a relatively common occurrence in the UK, or of the human examples. The cover up stories add more sinisterness..

I might have said that, too, but as Hunck says the video makes it seem very unlikely.

There is a good chapter in 'Messengers Of Deception' by Vallee regarding the so-called
mutilation phenom.....he does not believe aliens or any other similar entity is doing them but that most likely it's some form of human covert activity (govt or govt related ) creating a scenario of misdirection and fear .....what their agenda is remains unknown. I think he's on the right track ......I also can't imagine why any alien entity would just take an ear, an udder, or whatever, and leave the rest of the animal. It's senseless, but if someone was trying to send a message they might do that to say 'see how easily we can get at these animals'.
    It's one model anyway.

    I think so too.
I reckon it's a military thing. Probably accidentally released a biological agent into the environment, didn't say anything about it, but they're monitoring it over a long period of time. They're taking samples as quickly as possible and don't much care if the animal is killed.

That's what I have thought over the years...or they are looking for BSE in cattle that might get into the human food chain.
The idea that space aliens or some inter-dimensional entity want a handful of odd cattle parts always seemed silly to me.

You would think that if there was a need to sample livestock for any contamination, a plausible cover-story could be concocted, together with adequate compensation to farmers for providing animals. They are open to offers, surely!

Helicopters? Total exsanguination? Exhibitionist excisions of tongues, cheeks and arseholes . . .

Might be worse than BSE, I suspect.
Might be what's causing fertility problems worldwide.
    Or diabetes.
    Or cancer.
    Or whatever.

If there are fertility problems worldwide where is the continuing population explosion coming from? And are there not obvious factors to explain diabetes and cancer - poor diet and lack of exercise being two proven candidates?

Diabetes and cancer do have a genetic component.
The continuing population explosion is mostly from the parts of the world where they haven't done stuff to people's DNA.

It was Fort himself, was it not, who said "We are property"? It's not too far a stretch of the imagination (Hollywood manages it!) to speculate that some of those empowered to do so (and who always justify their actions to themselves as 'for the greater good, etc,') might look at the world population and realise that, like locusts, if we continue to proliferate at the rate we are, we will likewise all bloom and then die off wholesale as all resources are consumed.
You could term this a global re-set, but this would be an uncontrolled event. Far better to conduct a controlled population reduction by whatever means, to justify the aim of human perpetuation, albeit on a highly selective basis. It's the basis of popular books - think Dan Brown's Inferno; the movie Kingsmen - and so on. In effect, the four horsemen become the 'necessary' tools in a Malthusian Apocalypse of ‎War, Famine, Pestilence and Death, to achieve a proportionate 'cull' of humanity's perceived 'dead wood'. The Georgia monoliths and the Denver Airport murals are quite direct on this point - conspiracy stuff, of course, but demonstrating that someone of some wealth and influence is putting out 'solutions' to this effect - and history shows that less subtle 'final solutions' have been attempted in reality.
Modern consumer culture itself, of course, correlates with population expansion (cheaper, mass-produced food (cue diabetes), health-care, a relatively stable global economy, reduced threat of warfare, and so on), but that same environment also increasingly introduces negative factors - pollution (chemical / agrochemical, radiation - cue cancer) amd competition for diminishing global resources (hence economic fall-out and risk of conflict after all) - which all act as some kind of brake. In 2007, however, an international symposium on global population growth held in Cairo concluded that previous assumptions that a natural plateauing would be reached at around 11 billion before falling back, was in error, and that population growth was effectively out of control. Cue the despot(s) with a great idea for a new deluge!
